Where does LeSportsac ship to?

Bluebell Australasia currently ships within all states and territories of Australia.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping anywhere in Australia is $10 per order and free for orders OVER $80 (AFTER any
discount code is applied).  All orders are sent via Australia Post standard delivery from our Sydney
warehouse. Should you wish to receive your delivery earlier, please select Express shipping at the
checkout and should you opt for Express shipping you will be charged for the shipping total. You will
receive tracking details once your order is on its way.  Please ensure the correct box is checked if you
require a signature on delivery. Please contact us at  cs.lesportsacau@bluebellgroup.com if you
require any further information.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 2 business days of being placed. Once orders leave our
warehouse, they will take 3-7 business days to arrive. Regional areas may experience longer delivery
times. Your patience is appreciated if delivery problems occur.  Tracking numbers will be emailed
once parcels have left our warehouse and deliveries can be tracked via Australia Post websites.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and American Express, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and
AfterPay.  All payments are secure.

Can I have my item gift wrapped or a card included?

If gift packaging is required, we can package your order and a handwritten note can be added.
Please email us at cs.lesportsacau@bluebellgroup.com  as soon as your order is placed with any
special details and we will do our best to accommodate.

What happens if I need my delivery urgently?

Please select Express Post at the Checkout the delivery will take 1-3 days to arrive. Regional areas
may experience longer delivery times. Should you require same day delivery please email us
at cs.lesportsacau@bluebellgroup.com  and we will do our best to coordinate your order to be
packed within a mutually agreed time and collected by your nominated courier.

What if I would like a refund?

We will happily refund your order for change of mind if you would like to return the goods for some
reason. Please fill in Exchange and return order form here for our review. Any goods received
without a completed RETURNS confirmation form will not be processed. Products must be unused
and returned to us undamaged. Returned items must be in the original packaging, unused and in
“sellable” condition. For products that are damaged or show signs of use, we retain the right to
refuse the return or to charge for the damage. No return on sale items accepted. If the original
packaging has been disposed of or is no longer suitable, goods must be wrapped in appropriate
packaging to ensure that the goods arrive with us in their original condition. We reserve the right to
refuse a refund/exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging. We will process the refund
once we confirm the products have not been used or damaged.  We do not cover return shipping
costs.

What happens if I entered the wrong address with my order?

Please make sure the address is correct at the time of order.  If you believe the address may not be
correct, do email us immediately and we will do our best to assist. However, once your order has left
the warehouse we cannot redirect. If orders are undeliverable and returned to us for any reason, we
will issue a refund less shipping and handling costs ($15 for Australian orders).

What if my order is Damaged or has Missing Items?

You must report any damage or missing item that could have occurred between our facility to the
shipping address on the order within three (3) days from the delivery date marked by the carrier. We
are unable to investigate any delivery exception past this timeframe. Please note that the customer
MUST provide images of any damage, missing item or any other delivery exception as per request
from the Customer Service Team. We will not be able to investigate without the requested images
and will not issue any replacement or refund if you fail to provide the requested evidence.

What if I would like to exchange for a different product?

We will happily exchange your order for something else.  Please email the Customer Service Team
at cs.lesportsacau@bluebellgroup.com  to receive a RETURNS confirmation form and the address of
where to return the goods within 30 days of purchase. Any goods received without a completed
RETURNS confirmation form will not be processed. Products must be unused and returned to us
undamaged. We do not cover the additional shipping costs.

Can I return my LeSportsac items if purchased from another location or country?

Please note: Items purchased online via this website (  http:// leSportsac.com.au/ ) may only be
returned. We are not able to accommodate returns for products purchased via other channels.
